Reaction was continued for 2h, and the mixture was concentrated. The residue was purified by preparative TLC to provide amide intermediate 92-B as a colorless solid (150 mg, 62%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDC13) delta: .35-126 (m, 3H), 7.21 (d, J = 8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.04 (t, J = 8.4 Hz, 1H), 5.88 (br, 1H), 4.61 (d, J = 5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.37 (s, 3H). LC-MS: m/z = 356.0 [M+H]+.
