The crude 1-methyl-6-(tetramethyl-1 ,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1 – – 1 ,2,3-benzotriazole (80 mg; 0.10 mmol; 45%; brown solid; UPLC purity: 85%) is used in the next step without further purification.
