Compounds I (R = 4-BrC6H4, 3,5-(Cl)2-4-FC6H2, 4-Br-3-Cl-2-FC6H2) are potent against S. aureus biofilms with min. biofilm eradication concentration (MBEC) values as low as 1μg/mL.
