Compound II (2.25 g, 10 mmol), compound III (2.51 g, 10 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (DIPEA,3.88 g, 30 mmol) was dissolved in 50 mL of dry xylene and then warmed under nitrogen protection until the reaction was complete (usually 5 hours).
