General procedure: An oven-dried Schlenk tube was charged with CuI (4 mg, 0.02 mmol), aryl bromide (1 mmol), L10 (9 mg, 0.04 mmol) and CsOH (504 mg, 3 mmol) (or KOH (168 mg, 3 mmol)).
