PROCESS EXAMPLE 13 2-(p-Fluoro-m-methylphenyl)-6-isopropylphenol (scheme 1, formula IX) In analogy to Process Example 2, the title compound was obtained from 2-bromo-6-isopropylphenol (from Process Example 1) and the Grignard reagent from p-fluoro-m-methylbromobenzene in 68% yield as a colorless solid.
