Et2O (300 ml) was added, and the colorless organic layer was further washed with water (75 ml), dried over anh. MgSO4, filtered, and finally concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure to afford (2-bromo-ethyl)-carbamic acid benzyl ester as a colorless oil which was further dried under HV (15.020 g ; 99%). LC-MS: tR=0.95 min. ; [M+H]+: no ionisation.
