The mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with saturated NaHCO3, water, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The product was purified by Biotage silica gel chromatography (0 to 50% EtOAc in hexanes) to give the desired product as off-white powders (242.3 mg, 53%). LCMS calcd for C18H29N4OSi (M+H)+: m/z=345.2. Found: 345.2.
