General procedure: Pd(PPh3)4 (3 mol%) was added to a suspension of the appropriate benzoxazole 7 and (het)aryl bromide (1 equiv) in 1 M aq K2CO3 (3equiv) and 1,4-dioxane (0.15 M) at r.t.
