To a mixture of 7-chloro-3-(2-(6-cyclopropyl-lH-indol-3-yl)-2-oxoethoxy)- 2-naphthamide (419mg, 1 mmol) in anhydrous DMF (10 mL) were added 5-bromo-2-methylpent-2-ene (0.6 g, 4 mmol) and K2CO3 (400 mg, 2.9 mmol).The reaction mixture was stirred at 20C overnight then concentrated under high vacuum.
