Application of 1124-14-7, Each compound has different characteristics, and only by selecting the characteristics of the compound suitable for a specific situation can the compound be applied on a large scale. 1124-14-7, name is 1-Bromo-4-cyclopropylbenzene, This compound has unique chemical properties. The synthetic route is as follows.

Compound 45. A flask was flame dried under N2 blanket. Compound 44 (10.0 g, 50.7 mmol) was added, followed by dry THF (100 mL). The resulting solution was cooled to -78 C. A solution of n-butyl lithium in hexanes (2.27 M, 22.35 mL, 50.7 mmol) was added dropwise via syringe. The reaction mixture was stirred for 10 min. SO2 gas was bubbled into the reaction mixture until the pH of a reaction mixture sample was <1 when mixed with water. The reaction mixture was stirred for 30 min at -78 C. The ice bath was removed and the reaction mixture was allowed to warm to rt. The reaction mixture was stirred for an additional 30 min at rt. The reaction mixture was concentrated to afford a solid. CH2Cl2 (500 mL) and N-chlorosuccinamide (10.2 g, 76 mmol) were added and the reaction mixture was stirred for 4 hrs at rt. Water and CH2Cl2 were added and the layers were separated. The organic layer was washed with water and brine, then dried with MgSO4. The solution was filtered and the solvents were evaporated to give 13.3 g of crude p-cyclopropyl-benzenesulfonyl chloride (Compound 45). The chemical industry reduces the impact on the environment during synthesis 1-Bromo-4-cyclopropylbenzene. I believe this compound will play a more active role in future production and life.
