The reaction mixture was diluted with water (20 mL) and extracted with ethyl acetate (3 x 30 mL); the combined organic layers were washed with saturated aqueous sodium chloride solution (20 mL), dried over sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentratedin vacuo. Preparative thin layer chromatography (Eluent: ethyl acetate) provided the product as a yellow solid. Yield: 120 mg, 253 mmol, 46%. LCMS m/z 475.1 [M+H].
