To a stirred solution of 2-bromo-5-fluoroaniline (3.0 g, 15.95 mmol) in dichloromethane (50 mL)was added di isopropyl ethylamine(5.5mL,31.9mmol)) followed by acetyl chloride (1.7mL,23.9 mmol) at 0 ¡ãC and starred at room temperature for 1 6h.
