The volatiies are removed on a rotary evaporator and the residue purified by preparative HPLC to yield 324 mg (64%) of 1 s.1H-NMR (300 MHz, CDCI3): delta = 0.90 (t, J = 6.4, 3H), 1.15-1.45 (m, 22H), 1.78 (m, 2H), 2.97 /2.99 (2s,? = 3H), 3.05-3.55 (m, 5H), 3.64 (m, 1 H), 7.36 (br. s, 1 H).MS (ESI): 336.3 (M+H+), 671.5 (2M+H+), 693.5 (2M+Na+), 709.5 (2M+K+).
